Crystal has over 10 years of experience in investment banking, client management, human resources and talent acquisition. Prior to Enspira, she held roles at Biogen, Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) and Barclays. She holds an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business, an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in Finance and International Business, and is an active alumna within her academic communities. Crystal is based in Boston and is an avid traveler, sports enthusiast, and loves trying new recipes.
Katie is a recent graduate of Saint Lawrence University, where she earned a BA in Business and Economics and minored in Film Studies. While there, she was involved with a wide range of student organizations and held multiple leadership positions in her sorority. Based in Connecticut, Katie enjoys traveling, running, and photography.
Caroline is thrilled to be joining an organization equally passionate about creating happier and healthier workforces. Having graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Medicine, Health, and Society, Caroline has developed an acute understanding of the ways in which systemic inequalities in the workplace lead to adverse health outcomes. She can’t wait to explore this connection further with Enspira’s clients and work together to solve their most pressing Human Capital concerns. When not at work, you can usually find her running, baking, or sampling the latest snacks from Trader Joes.
