Crystal has over 10 years of experience in investment banking, client management, human resources and talent acquisition. Prior to Enspira, she held roles at Biogen, Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) and Barclays. She holds an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business, an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in Finance and International Business, and is an active alumna within her academic communities. Crystal is based in Boston and is an avid traveler, sports enthusiast, and loves trying new recipes.
Anika has over 13 years of diverse human resources experience, crossing disciplines between the HR generalist function, talent development, and technology & operations. Prior to Enspira, she worked at multiple fast-growth startups, including Pinterest and Mozilla. Most recently, Anika led the HR strategy & operations team for Old Navy, while also participating as the co-chair of Gap Inc.’s Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group. Anika earned her BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Anika enjoys running, wine tasting, and hanging out at the pool or golf course with her husband and sons.
A recent MBA graduate of Northeastern University, Peter brings deep and diverse experience in brand management, innovation, and design to Enspira. Prior to graduate school, he began his career in New York City as a freelance brand consultant and multimedia producer for tech startups. After co-founding his own restaurant consultancy, he returned to Boston in 2017 to pursue his MBA with a focus in corporate innovation. A lifelong musician and adventurer, Peter enjoys playing music, hiking, and watching his favorite TV shows with his partner in Boston, MA.
Katie is a recent graduate of Saint Lawrence University, where she earned a BA in Business and Economics and minored in Film Studies. While there, she was involved with a wide range of student organizations and held multiple leadership positions in her sorority. Based in Connecticut, Katie enjoys traveling, running, and photography.
