Prior to Enspira, she worked at Biogen, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston. She earned her MBA from Simmons College School of Management and holds an undergraduate degree in Communications and International Relations from Boston University. Jenna also teaches yoga, loves travel and the outdoors, and is the mother of two beautiful children, a black lab, and a charming chocolate puppy.
Robyn has more than 24 years of extensive experience leading teams and coaching people managers. Prior to Enspira, she held a variety of senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Merck KGaA, Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, and Beckman Coulter, where she led teams across a range of customer-facing disciplines including global marketing, customer service, technical support, and field service. In her role at Johnson & Johnson, she spent nine years in France overseeing high-performing teams in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Robyn’s extensive leadership experience spans individual contributors, people leaders, and teams as large as 50 to a site of 200 employees. Robyn holds a coaching certificate from the University of California, Davis, and a coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is fluent in French, holds a BA in Communications from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA with specialization in International Business from Pepperdine University.
Lizzie has more than 15 years of experience as an organization and talent development leader, helping people and organizations unlock their potential and achieve impact. Most recently, Lizzie led a culture transformation initiative at the largest community college in New England. Prior to that, she led social innovation programming at Brown University, coaching young social entrepreneurs to develop and launch new ventures. Lizzie is recognized for her strategic, analytical, and human-centered approach to diagnosing organizational challenges and designing practical solutions. She brings knowledge of design thinking, diversity and inclusion, facilitation techniques, and adult learning to developmental experiences for employees and organizations.
Jen has 12 years of HR experience with high-growth startups. Prior to joining Enspira, she worked with Warby Parker and Cityblock leading a variety of HR programs, including talent and performance management, DEI, and employee relations. Jen holds an EdM in psychological counseling from Columbia University and whenever possible, brings her educational experience to the work she does in HR. Jen is motivated to help others build and foster inclusive workspaces, where every individual feels valued and inspired to bring their best self to work.
Angela has 6 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to Enspira, she worked at Pembroke, Biogen, and Rothschild & Co. Angela holds a BA in Philosophy and Human Development, and a minor in Organizational Behavior from Boston College. Based in Boston, Angela plays a key role across multiple Enspira client engagements. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants and watching movies.
Adina recently graduated from Yeshiva University Sy Syms School of Business, where she earned a BS in Business Management and minored in Marketing. At Yeshiva University, she served as co-president of the Business Ethics Society, where she created an events series to educate students on the importance of ethical behavior in the workplace. Prior to Enspira, she interned at an executive search and consulting firm, where she participated in the recruitment of executive-level candidates for non-profit organizations. Adina excels at thinking strategically and finding innovative solutions to challenges. She's passionate about creating work cultures that actively engage people, and enable them to thrive to drive the organization’s success. Adina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, keeping up with current events, and learning about the newest business trends.
