Cara brings to the Enspira team a unique blend of over 25+ years of strategic change management consulting and Human Resources program leadership and implementations. Prior to Enspira, Cara was President of Change Forward Consulting where she helped organizations embrace change through a compassionate understanding for the human and business impacts. Cara's previous experience includes leading enterprise change programs and an HR transformation at Blue Shield of California with a key highlight leading Blue Shield's headquarters relocation to Oakland in 2019. Her early career focused on cross-industry Human Capital consulting with firms such as Deloitte and Andersen Consulting. Cara graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics and Business. Although she calls Philadelphia home, Cara has enjoyed living in and exploring many different states and regions of the country with her husband, Matt. They currently live outside of Denver, Colorado with their two children, Ellie and Derek, and their two dogs, Daisy (Chocolate Lab) and Francis (English Bulldog).
Jes Valentin is a seasoned expert in human resources, organizational psychology, and talent. With more than 20 years of global experience, she has helped leaders in both Fortune 50 multi-national and not-for-profit organizations achieve growth, lead through change, and engage diverse workforces. Jes holds a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Journalism & Political Science from Rutgers University. She is a professional/career coach, and is completing her International Coaching Federation certification through the College of Executive Coaching, the premier institution for masters-level executive coaches.
Lydia has 10+ years of experience in project management, change management, and communications—working to ensure a positive employee experience, on-time results, and alignment with company mission, culture, and industry trends. Lydia has served in a variety of roles at Blue Shield of California, Caterpillar, and San Diego Gas & Electric. She is known for being an “activator” and “maximizer” – she turns thought and ideas into action and takes projects from good to great. She has a strong knowledge of leading projects, setting goals and requirements, facilitating effective change, managing risk, and communicating effectively. She has a B.S. in Business Management from North Carolina State University, an M.S. in Communications and Mass Media from San Diego State University and a Professional Certification in Project Management from Google. She lives in Raleigh, North Carolina (Go Pack!) with her husband Aaron and son Ethan.
