“We believe it is important to honor individuals who work toward valuing and respecting differences in the workplace and in the world,” said Tiffany Pham, Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board at Mogul, “The leaders on our 2022 list have made a substantial and meaningful impact in the lives of others.”
“Leesa leads with humility and as a continuous learner to stand behind and beside underrepresented people and marginalized groups. Her commitment to being vulnerable and her unwavering passion for ‘earning, unlearning and relearning’ truly creates a brave space for those around her,” said Kurt Landon, Founder and CEO of Enspira. “Some of Leesa’s many accomplishments include partnering across the Enspira team to infuse DEIB into our consulting offerings and methodologies, designing our DEIB Essentials for Leaders coaching program, and supporting our broader client community with crisis and point-in-time DEIB communications and tools. We congratulate Leesa and can’t thank her enough for bringing out the best in the Enspira team.”
Hill has 25 years of experience in the HR industry with deep expertise in the areas of DEIB and Learning and Development. Before Enspira, she worked in HR roles at Biogen, Pfizer and Kforce Inc.
