Senior HR Recruiter

The Senior HR Recruiter role will be an individual contributor role and will leverage experience to help grow the Enspira Search organization through client and candidate focused activities. The role will include candidate identification and sourcing, relationship building both with candidates and clients, in-depth competitive market analysis, and the creation and presentation of candidate pools to our clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Talent Acquisition, specifically in the Human Resources industry, candidate management and client relationships and act as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert.

what you’ll do

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to generate ideas and share information to facilitate effective executive searches.
  • Create brand awareness as a subject matter expert in the Human Resources Talent Acquisition field.
  • Be a strategic partner to our clients and provide consultative solutions to HR leaders.
  • Attend and participate in client calls to understand needs of the client and contribute knowledge on market conditions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, pipelining and candidate contact, screening and follow-up for current searches as well as networking purposes.
  • Balance deadlines and deliverables on multiple searches.
  • Maintain data integrity in our sourcing tool and applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives for Talent Acquisition workstreams.
  • Participate, lead and deliver on special projects within Talent Acquisition including DEIB, Talent Optimization and Talent Acquisition best practices.

what we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 7 years of Talent Acquisition full life-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment focused on sourcing top talent for Human Resource roles.
  • Experience with various sourcing tools and technologies, applicant tracking systems, and the ability to develop and execute social media strategies.
  • Experience developing diverse candidate pools to meet client requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, high client touch, and excellent candidate management
