Recruitment Experience Specialist

As a Recruitment Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role within Enspira’s Search business focused on Executive HR Search, Talent Acquisition Optimization, and Recruiting Delivery support across our clients and internally. You will drive and ensure a high-touch impeccable candidate experience from initial candidate outreach to onboarding and everything in between.

This role will influence candidate and client experience by: 

  • Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews (virtual and in-person across various client sites and geographic locations) in partnership with client hiring managers, executive assistants, and internal recruiters
  • Ensuring a superior candidate experience through prompt follow up, high-quality work, and communication with candidates of all levels throughout the candidates full lifecycle from initial contact to start date
  • Entering and tracking candidate information in the manual tracker and/or database on a daily basis. Expertly managing complex calendaring and scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation), ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables 
  • Primary contact for candidates and, at times, hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, answering questions, troubleshooting, and escalating issues in a timely manner
  • Preparing and send interview guides for the interview team and weekly candidate status overview reports for each client 
  • Assist with light sourcing/resume review 
  • Other duties as needed


  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Recruiting or other Human Resources, Operations or Administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail - you double-check your work thoroughly before sending it out to clients and recruiters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you can convey information clearly and confidently 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills - you can effectively troubleshoot minor issues independently
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations and make tradeoffs 
  • Flexibility to move quickly and adapt in a dynamic, everchanging, start-up environment - no day is the same, and you can expect the unexpected
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information 
  • Well-honed time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
