We are seeking Talent Acquisition consultants to provide hands-on recruiting for our clients who have limited or no in-house recruiting support. These are typically early stage, fast growing companies looking to scale their workforce quickly across all functions and levels.
We are targeting experienced Recruiting Managers, Full-Cycle Recruiters, and Recruiting Coordinators.
We are also seeking talented Recruiters with Executive Search experience as we support organizations of this size who are building out their leadership teams as well.
Additionally, Enspira supports clients in optimizing their TA function. This is for organizations who typically have an in-house TA function, but there are opportunities to enhance from current to a desired future state.

Enspira provides Total Rewards solutions for clients of all sizes and stages primarily supporting comp & benefits benchmarking, market analysis, job leveling and compensation band development, and job description creation. For our later stage clients, we also provide total rewards strategies, redesigns and analysis.
If you’re an experienced Compensation or Benefits Manager, Equity Administrator (ideally experienced with both options and RSUs), Total Rewards Consultant, and/or Total Rewards Specialist, we want to hear from you! As many of our clients are in the BioTech/Life Sciences industries, experience with compensation & benefits in this space is a plus.
We are seeking consultants with expertise in Talent Strategy & Planning, particularly in the areas of Organizational Design (OD), Organizational Effectiveness (OE), and People Process Design & Execution. Our clients rely on us to co-architect enterprise talent strategies and lead complex change & transformational talent management programs that push the envelope and challenge the status quo.

You may have experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Solutions Consultant, HRIS Program Manager, HR Analyst, HR Project Manager or HR Operations Manager. Configuration and/or implementation (Workday, Oracle, SAP, BambooHR or similar) experience a plus.
