Director Total Rewards

In this role you’ll work as part of a team to support multiple client total rewards engagements. Your primary activities will include analysis, design, and recommendations for compensation programs, including base pay and job level analysis, incentive pay, reward and recognition, benefits, equity, and key linkages to other HR programs such as performance management.


What You’ll Do:

  • Support clients from first contact through completion of deliverables with Enspira
  • Develop compensation/rewards philosophies, structures, communications, and programs
  • Utilize Enspira methodologies to inquire, learn, and support client initiatives
  • Partner with rewards team members and Enspira team to deliver comprehensive HR solutions
  • Deliver on client projects, including development and analysis of rewards deliverables, player/coach/partner
  • Develop and deliver client communications, presentations, and training
  • Oversee and engage in multiple projects running concurrently
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Participate and lead business development activities, including meeting and talking with potential clients, drafting proposals, following-up and closing client proposals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 15+years of compensation or total rewards experience
  • Experience working in consulting services or a company’s HR function
  • An experienced leader, both of direct and indirect teams
  • Demonstrated ability to stay on top of market trends
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and Board members
  • Expert in multiple rewards disciplines
  • Ability to translate client needs into actions and deliverables
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Strong Excel and analytics skills
  • Be able to identify problems and solutions
  • Ability to work on deadlines while managing multiple tasks
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented, but able to also see the big picture
  • Desire to work with a variety of clients at different business stages, with an emphasis on startups
