Director, Sales and Business Development

As a Sales & Business Development Director at Enspira, you will have the opportunity to develop, drive, and deliver our global go-to-market strategy. Your responsibilities will include defining key market opportunities, identifying potential prospects and establishing firm-wide strategic business development plans.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to build compelling value propositions, with solid business judgment, a track record of successful negotiations, and strong overall relationship management. 

What You'll Do:

  • Drive overall go-to-market strategy, with a deep understanding of Enspira’s customer segments, service offerings and key differentiators.
  • Define and deliver the strategic business development plan for Enspira while liaising with key internal stakeholders to optimize revenue growth and client engagement.
  • Build the business development pipeline by engaging with key prospects,  existing clients and referrals.  
  • Understand the needs of our clients and work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with our service offerings and delivery capabilities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish firm-wide sales and utilization targets.
  • Provide sales guidance and education framework to the internal team of consultants. 
  • Assist with complex contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic partnerships in support of our key market opportunities.
  • Establish and manage CRM software tool across enterprise, serving as subject matter expert for platform reporting, utilization and capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior leadership updating on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and business leads, qualifying the opportunities and driving them forward as potential sales targets.
  • Provide input to the annual planning process, specifically around sales and revenue forecasting.
  • Own and manage the overall sales enablement framework, including but not limited to: end-to-end sales process, BS/sales pipeline, supporting templates/tools and estimating model.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of business development and sales experience.
  • Experience working within the consulting services industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong negotiation, collaboration, and relationship management skills with a track record of success.
  • Working knowledge of human resources services industry is highly desired.
  • Experience managing an enterprise-wide CRM software system. 
  • Experience driving global market expansion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven leadership, problem solving, and project management skills.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA highly desired
