Enspira is growing! We are actively seeking a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Manager to expand our team. This role will “wear multiple hats” and works across the HR function with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives, as well as supporting other functions, as needed.

This role’s primary focus will be on leveraging DEIB best practices to help our clients achieve their strategic DEIB goals. Working in partnership with our internal DEIB team, the DEIB Manager will build relationships and engage in support of priority initiatives and design, implement and manage strategic programs across current and future clients. At Enspira, much of our work is anchored around asking great questions and designing innovative solutions that are highly aligned to our client’s business needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience and/or subject matter expertise with Employee Resource Groups, Diversity Councils, building DEIB content, facilitating interactive learning sessions and DEIB specific recruiting knowledge. Along with the ability to lead and manage multiple DEIB projects and/ or programs, from initiation through to execution, working collaboratively with cross functional partners and stakeholders both inside and outside the firm.

The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support Enspira’s senior leaders (VP’s, Sr. Directors) he/she is assigned to.
