Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support Enspira’s senior leaders (VP’s, Sr. Directors) he/she is assigned to.


  • Complex calendaring across multiple time zones including large group meetings with internal and/or external clients attending
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for those assigned to support
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
  • Prepares monthly reconciliation of credit card expenses for those assigned to support
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency in completing tasks while not sacrificing attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • Ability to work independently

Education and Experience:

  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role
