As leaders move up the ladder, they're frequently unprepared for the requirements of effective people management.
Perpetual shifts in structure and reporting lines create an enduring challenge as associates adjust to new positions and working relationships.
Beyond individuals and teams, leadership development is often required to address deeper departmental or company-wide issues and inefficiencies.
Longterm coaching, team workshop modules, and practical applications create a leadership culture with people at its core.
Enspira’s leadership development strategies for individuals and teams include feedback and training rooted in the expertise of the industry's top HR professionals.
Our leadership programs are always designed to engage and understand the people behind the role.

A qualified, professional coach works with individuals at all levels to help foster self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives and unlock their potential. The coach acts as a sounding board to help the individual address his or her own workplace issues.
As confidential and supportive sounding boards, coaches ask questions, challenge assumptions, help achieve clarity, provide resources, and sometimes--with permission--offer advice. They can also help interpret 360-degree and behavioral assessments, conduct confidential interviews to help clients cultivate self-awareness, and establish development goals.
Coaching engagements are tailored to an individual's unique needs and typically last seven to twelve months. The process usually beings with assessments, goal-setting, and development planning. After creating the plan, coaches check in periodically, and the process concludes when goals are achieved.
The Enspira group coach creates a safe and supportive environment that allows the group to deepen personal and professional awareness, promote action, and plan and maintain goals through accountability. Enspira’s customized coaching is applicable at both the organizational and individual level. Our approach supercharges employee performance, enables cultural evolution, and sustains company growth.
360° Feedforward (also known as 360° Feedback) is a method of systematically collecting professional and developmental feedback. The feedback is anonymized and collected through individual interviews with managers, peers, direct reports and other internal and external stakeholders. The process also includes a self-assessment. The objective is to obtain comprehensive, balanced, and actionable feedback that optimize effectiveness and enhance self-awareness and accountability as a leader.
The DiSC model helps you analyze your own preferred behavioral style and those of your team members. At its broadest, DiSC measures four aspects of personality: dominance (D), influence (i), steadiness (S), and conscientiousness (C). These are the foundational traits from the original DISC model that expand to four quadrants, providing greater insight for specific purposes--for example, managing others, leadership, sales, or conflict. DiSC measures eight scales (D, iD/Di, i, iS/Si, S, SC/CS, C, and CD/DC), as well as priorities during the assessment process. By understanding your own profile, you can manage your work so it suits your preferences; by sharing DiSC profiles within your team, you can help colleagues understand their differences so they can work together more effectively.
In short, DiSC profiling is a useful tool to help improve collaboration, recruitment and retention, customer service, and resolve interpersonal issues.
A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery helps people understand themselves and others, and make the most of relationships that affect them in the workplace.
Insights Discovery is a 25-frame test with four statements in each frame. In each, you choose the statement that most (M) and least (L) describes you in your work environment. From the remaining two statements, you select a value of 1(not likely to describe me) to 5 (very likely to describe me),without choosing the same number twice. The evaluation takes 10–20 minutes and is completed online.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory makes the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people's lives. The essence of the theory: much seemingly random variation in behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent, due to basic differences in the ways people prefer to use their perception and judgment.
Aperian Global's Inclusive Behaviors Inventory℠ is an online tool that allows individuals to confidentially identify strengths and areas for improvement on five key dimensions of inclusion, and to plan next steps for working more inclusively with colleagues. Participants gain awareness of personal sources of bias and levels of inclusiveness, and learn skills to build on current strengths and address key areas of development.
