Jennifer Axmacher

Chief Strategy Officer & President, Enspira Technology

Jennifer has 25 years of cross-industry experience in strategic consulting, business transformation and account management. Prior to Enspira, she worked at Accenture as a Senior Principal in the Global Operations practice. She was selected to attend the Smith College Consortium, an intensive mini-MBA program designed for top performing and high potential women in leading US corporations. She holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and French from Duke University. Jennifer also loves cooking, entertaining and traveling the world with her husband Mark, son Wynn and dog Derby.

Kelly Suhr

Senior Director, Head of Technology Products & Services

Kelly has over 20 years of HR Experience with expertise in HR Systems implementations, Talent & Performance Programs, People Insights and Program/Project Management. Prior to Enspira, she worked at T-Mobile as a Sr. Consultant of Business Solutions in the HR Innovations Delivery group. Prior to T-Mobile, she spent over 10 years at Expedia where she played a key role in Expedia's Workday HCM implementation focusing on the Talent and Performance modules. Her passion is acting as a liaison between varied client groups, making technical jargon meaningful to stakeholders and helping to streamline system implementations and processes. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Western Washington University. Kelly lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and 2 children where she enjoys home improvement projects and travel.

Jeremy Corlis

Associate Director, Technology Products & Services

Jeremy has more than 15 years of leadership experience with expertise in technology and system planning, implementation, and operations. Jeremy specializes in HR Technologies including Human Capital Management, Enterprise Timekeeping, and Applicant Tracking as well as Customer Relationship Management systems. Jeremy is passionate about unleashing organizational potential through the skillful, effective, and efficient optimization and blend of business operational practices, needs, and maximizing the capabilities of technologies. Prior to Enspira, Jeremy worked for 20 years at T-Mobile where he led technology workstreams and implemented numerous technology solutions while developing the operational practices and framework supporting the transition to Agile processes from a DevOps/Waterfall approach. Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, a Project+ certification, and designations as a Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, and Business Analysis Professional. While Jeremy has lived in many states, he currently resides in Washington with his wife Amber, his two dogs Buttons and Whiskey, and Sparky the cat. In his free time, he enjoys writing, reading, woodworking, and learning new things.

Vivian Chiu

Senior Manager, Product Management

Vivian has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Operations and Technology. Prior to joining Enspira, Vivian was most recently at Rothschild & Co as the HR Generalist. She holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo. Vivian is based in Austin, TX, and enjoys hiking, discovering new food, and planning the next trip with her husband, toddler and sweet plott hound.
