when it comes to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging...

Inequality icon

structural biases are inevitable

Systemic, structural bias exists within organizations perpetuating individual biases and inequity in opportunities, relationships, and culture.

Frustration icon

short-term solutions won’t cut it

When thinking about deep-seated changes in DEIB policies and practices, some companies are resistant, while others seek short-term cursory solutions. However, both of these approaches don’t alter systemic and structural biases, persisting the root inequity.
