Inequality icon

structural biases are inevitable

Systemic, structural bias exists within organizations that perpetuates individual biases and inequity in opportunities, relationships, and culture.

Frustration icon

short-term solutions won’t cut it

Some companies resist deep-seated changes in DEIB policies and practices, while others seek short-term cursory solutions. But because neither approach alters existing biases, the root inequity persists.
