Lexi has kicked off her career in Human Resources and specializes in Program and Project Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership and Manager Effectiveness, Career Development and Total Rewards. She also is the co-founder of Enspira’s Culture Club, whose mission is to help employees form deeper connections and enable all voices across the firm. Lexi recently graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Minor in Spanish and a special focus on Design Thinking. Based in New York City, she enjoys taking dance classes and wants to learn how to play the piano.
