Jonathan Collins is a people focused leader with a proven track record of aligning process and people to achieve business results. By leveraging both a breadth and depth of HR and Operations experience, Jonathan has successfully led large business units at Grainger, Target, and was the senior HR Leader for largest region in the Walgreens Footprint. In addition, Jonathan has served as the VP of People Operations for several startups and served as COO affordable housing non profit that benefitted over 8,000 tenants. Jonathan has an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an Executive MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jonathan believes that the foundation of any good organization must be built upon the development and engagement of its people. He lives in Houston, TX with his wife Lauren, son Luca, daughter Selah and their golden doodle named Cooper.
