Jeremy has more than 15 years of leadership experience with expertise in technology and system planning, implementation, and operations. He specializes in HR Technologies including Human Capital Management, Enterprise Timekeeping, and Applicant Tracking, as well as Customer Relationship Management systems. Jeremy is passionate about unleashing organizational potential through the skillful and efficient optimization and blending of business operational practices and needs to maximize the capabilities of technologies. Prior to Enspira, Jeremy worked for 20 years at T-Mobile, where he led technology workstreams and implemented numerous technology solutions while developing the operational practices and framework to support the transition to Agile processes from a DevOps/Waterfall approach. Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, a Project+ certification, and designations as a Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, and Business Analysis Professional. While Jeremy has lived in many states, he currently resides in Kansas with his wife Amber, his two dogs Buttons and Whiskey, and Sparky the cat. In his free time, he enjoys writing, reading, woodworking, and learning new things.
