Betsy brings more than 20 years of experience spanning project management, human resources operations, process development, communications, and change management. Prior to Enspira, she held a variety of roles at Blue Shield of California, Gap Inc., and Levi Strauss & Co. She is known for her strengths in building strategies and plans, driving results, and collaborative problem solving through strong, trusted partnerships with clients and peers. She has a passion for developing and implementing innovative, logical, and efficient organizational structures and processes to achieve operational excellence. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California at Davis, and certificates in Human Resource Management and Training and Development from UC Berkeley Extension. She lives in Placerville, California with her husband, Gene, and their two shepherd rescues, Richard and Zoe.
