With almost 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Cailin brings a well-rounded background to her role but has focused the majority of her career in total rewards. Prior to joining Enspira, she has worked in technology, engineering, manufacturing, environmental, and hospitality industries supporting benefits and compensation-focused strategy and execution. Cailin holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN and is currently pursuing a CEBS certification. She enjoys the balance of detailed data work and working directly with employees and leaders. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, you can find Cailin exploring local parks and enjoying the outdoors with her family. As an amateur baker, she has recently challenged herself to bake her way through a cookbook. She loves live music, crafting, and taking the amazing local food scene.
