Acacia brings 15 years of diverse professional experience in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors. She has specialized in project management, operations, and all facets of human resources. She earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources leadership in 2015 and has since been focused on all things HR. Acacia is passionate about understanding and finding innovative HR solutions that meet the needs of an organization. Most recently, Acacia was a Human Resources Analyst with the City of Beverly Hills. While there, she supported departmental leadership and staff with all of their human resources needs including recruitment, software implementation, leadership and development, labor relations, and training.
