Kurt is an executive and entrepreneur with ~30 years of experience in senior business and HR leadership roles spanning various industries and geographies. His prior experience includes roles with leading organizations like Accenture, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Expedia, and Biogen. Most recently, he led the Human Resources function at Pinterest as SVP, People. Kurt has studied, lived, and worked in four regions, eight countries, and 16 cities, and speaks five languages. He also founded and operated three successful companies. Kurt is a frequent guest lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University on the topic of “HR Considerations for Growth Businesses," and at Northeastern University in Boston and the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium on the topic of "Business Decision-Making in the Context of Culture." He holds an undergraduate degree in Italian Language & International Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, and an advanced degree in Global HR Leadership from Rutgers University. Kurt lives in Dallas, Texas, with his husband Andrew and dog Francesca.

Prior to Enspira, she worked at Biogen, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston. She earned her MBA from Simmons College School of Management and holds an undergraduate degree in Communications and International Relations from Boston University. Jenna also teaches yoga, loves travel and the outdoors, and is the mother of two beautiful children, a black lab, and a charming chocolate puppy.

Dan is a finance, business development, and investment executive with 20+ years experience as an operator, investor, and advisor across a variety of industries including the technology, media, consumer, and financial sectors. He serves as an advisor to Sizzle Acquisition Corp., a consumer-focused special purpose acquisition company (Nasdaq: SZZLU) and most recently was a Managing Partner at Mission 8, a venture studio with active involvement in startups across the media, technology, and consumer sectors. Mission 8 is an early investor in Enspira, which remains a portfolio company. Previously, Dan held various executive roles as CFO of RiskSpan, a private equity-backed analytics firm; VP of Investments at NextGen Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm; as a senior investment professional at Profit Investment Management, a $2.5 billion AUM growth-biased institutional investment manager; and as a research analyst at FBR Capital Markets where he worked on over a dozen investment banking transactions including multiple IPOs with an aggregate value of $1.5+ billion. Dan received his B.A. degree in economics from the University of Virginia and is a CFA charterholder.

She holds an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business, an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in Finance and International Business, and is an active alumna within her academic communities. Crystal is based in Boston and is an avid traveler, sports enthusiast, and loves trying new recipes.

Robyn has more than 24 years of extensive experience leading teams and coaching people managers. Prior to Enspira, she held a variety of senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Merck KGaA, Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, and Beckman Coulter, where she led teams across a range of customer-facing disciplines including global marketing, customer service, technical support, and field service. In her role at Johnson & Johnson, she spent nine years in France overseeing high-performing teams in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Robyn’s extensive leadership experience spans individual contributors, people leaders, and teams as large as 50 to a site of 200 employees. Robyn holds a coaching certificate from the University of California, Davis, and a coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is fluent in French, holds a BA in Communications from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA with specialization in International Business from Pepperdine University.
